"Ever since Mammas did their major renovation, dining is an absolutely delightful experience. The dining area is beautiful, the bar is plentiful, and the menu has something for everyone. My favorite option is that you can choose a salad or pasta with your proteins. Our regular date night spot."

"My family and I had great meal. Everything was was exceptional. Appetizers: stuffed mushrooms and their mussels marinara (wow) then we had soup: white bean & escarole (the best) next we had their chicken special (fantastic) but the best part of our meal was the dessert. John our waiter (nicest guy) suggested this fried wonton cannoli paired with caramel Gelato and fresh cream special (exceptional) PLEASE put this on your menu so that we may have this every time we come back!!"

Long Island is over saturated with bars & restaurants but the welcoming staff at Mamma Santina’s makes you want to come back, especially the bartenders Jen & Alexa. The bar & dining room is completely renovated which really enhances the guest experience. Plus they have their own parking lot which makes it such an accessible & convenient spot in the heart of Brightwaters."
