"Enjoyed date night at the rooftop bar to catch sunset. Amazingly friendly and attentive service. Decent decor with fantastic views. Turns out it's not really a restaurant, they only have small bites of mixed quality -- think spinach artichoke dip, 10" pizzas and shellfish. Cute but not dinner. Super loud/terrible live music ruined the sunset patio, we moved to the other side for ocean views which were more serene. If they had a more full menu and toned down the live music it'd be a gem."

"The bartenders were attentive and polite, nice crowd here. Not too crowded for a weekend. I got crispy rice topped with poke and let me tell you I could eat about 50 of them. The drinks were delicious too, my favorite place to dine by the rockaway beach thus far."

"The Hotel Rooftop is fabulous and great touch to the new Rockaway Hotel. You can pick you choice of ocean views or views of Jamaica Bay with amazing sunsets. The drink menu has a nice selection and the light eats and raw bar are great."
