"I came here with a friend and loved the atmosphere. We split a couple of appetizers empanadas were our favorite! The drinks were amazing we can’t wait to come back and try different flavors!"

"So I walked into Pop's on Jamaica Avenue in Woodhaven the other day And much has changed. Been coming here for almost 20 years but haven't been here for a few. Sadly they've removed a lot of the beautiful wood although some remains. The old fountain counter is gone, As are the booths and other seating to be replaced by elegant tables And a bar. I have to say it makes a cute little restaurant, although I do miss the old Pop's. The food was good. This is no greasy spoon. It's a step above diner food, but with the ambience of a somewhat classy restaurant. The new Pop's is a nice place for couples or families to dine; or to dine alone - as I was."

"My sister took me here for my birthday; one of the best places for brunch no doubt. The food was really really good. The drinks were strong. The proportions were good enough and prices appropriate. The customer service needs some help, we had two waitresses due to lack of communication and we still had to wait for minor things such as napkins and gravy for the mash potatoes, but they were both amazing so I find no need to deduct stars for that. I'd definitely go back"
