"I order from this restaurant many times in the past. The food is always good. This order I got boneless spareribs which I have gotten plenty of times before. This time they were floating in oil like it was a soup! The oil was more then half way up the quart container. I called the restaurant and they refused to switch it out or give me a refund on the ribs. There was a man shouting in the back ground. The girl on the phone started shouting. It’s escalated to screaming. They tried to tell me that’s the way it always cooked. They told me no refunds. All I wanted was a replacement. I had to contact Seamless to get a replacement. Ridiculous!"
