"What a wonderful experience. I have a roomba i3 that was not working at all for me. I literally have no idea about vacuums and could have been charged 20% more and would still have thought it was reasonable to fix a $400 vacuum. Within a few days it was fixed perfectly and cost $40 total. I was and am thrilled with the service and the honesty in pricing."

"I brought my Dyson vacuum in for poor suction. Guy tells me he will call me by the end of the day with a free estimate. 2 days later- no call. I called him and he gave me a snotty answer when I asked why he didn’t call. He said I had a bad clog and I needed a seal. Price would be $69.99 The machine was practically new so I questioned why That would be needed. Again a snotty reply. Said he is the “best in the business” I asked if he would guarantee his work in writing. Again a snotty answer and I should take it somewhere else if I “didn’t trust him”. I took my machine back and tested it. It worked fine. Apparently he had removed the clog and tried to “ pad the bill” by claiming a part was needed. I would have paid him for his labor but I feel no need to do so now since he tried to rip me off. Be careful with this guy or, better yet, go elsewhere."
