"Had an expected delivery today with a window for 10-12, which didn't come. Hours go by and I finally call the store at 1 and Kathryn said the guys will be here after lunch with the chair. She claimed the phones were down and the store didn't have reception which is fine. It is now 5:30 pm no delivery has been made so I called to cancel the order and of course get an attitude. Kathryn never called originally to say there was a delay but yet blamed "drizzling weather" and the phones being down.Didn't even have the delivery men call for an update. Just unprofessional customer service. Wasted all day waiting for something that was never coming. Each call from her was an excuse that made no sense. The first at 1pm was "they are on the way to pick up the chair" then it was "they are coming after lunch" never once apologized until after I canceled the order all together. Big in convince since my mother is going for surgery."
"Not willing to work with me on payment and extremely rude on the phone. The store manager called me a liar twice for no reason. I don’t think you handle customers that way. I was a manager in retail for a long time and this is absolutely ridiculous how awful his customer service skills are! YOU DON’T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT!!! It’s boarder line harassment to be honest."
