"Went here with 2 friends and a toddler. We went for restaurant week and everything was delicious. The bill was about $260 before tip. We all got to try each other's food and there was enough to go around and we still took food home. The wings were my favorite. Won't be my last time dining in."

"I went to Santo Bruklin for an event. When I entered the place the woman behind the bar greeted me and told me to walk straight ahead and go downstairs in the backyard. When I open the door to go downstairs there is an incline and no sign indicating that. Someone can easily slip and fall down the stairs. When I went downstairs there were two long tables with 10 seats each. However, there were two other tables as well, but they were not part of the event, but they could see and hear everything. There should’ve been a divider to separate the party event from the others who were having their meals. For the appetizers we had Ipanema wings which were very dry and over cooked. The sauce was bland with no flavor. The shaved Brussels salad was an acquired taste. Brunch menu I had the French toast with fried chicken. The French toast was very yummy. Soft and melts in your mouth. The fried chicken was over cooked and very salty. Avocado toast the bread was hard, a salad was placed on top the avocado which should’ve been on the side instead. Again, the avocado was bland with no taste, a little salt or black pepper. The fries that came with the toast were soggy. For dessert we had pudim which was okay, again an acquired taste. After being in the backyard for an hour that day was cold, brutally cold. Although their site said its insulated it was cold. I sat in front of a heater, and I was freezing. The heaters were not enough for the space. It was still VERY cold. The bathrooms were located upstairs and there is not much space upstairs to wait to use the bathroom. Both bathrooms are unisex. One big and spacious bathroom and the other very small. Both bathrooms need an upgrade, it’s very old and outdated. My daughter was upstairs waiting to use the bathroom and she was speaking to her cousin, when a man with a beard and baseball cap came by and told them to move out the way with an attitude. The place is very small upstairs. Where the large bathroom is the only place to wait is at the side where employees are going in and out a door. The smaller bathroom the only space to wait was at the side where leads to the downstairs. Very small. I would give this place another try in the spring or summer when I am sure the outdoor is beautiful during those seasons. Hopefully the food is better."

"I love it, have been here twice so far. First time sat inside and didn’t realize they have a huge sealed-in outdoor patio dining room (they should play this up more as its better than the inside space imho). I really loved the feijoada and the tipsy lion cocktail. My caipirinha was a bit too lime-forward for my taste but I still enjoyed it. My wife really liked her eggs benedict. The second time I came I got the burger which was lovely. Its not a cheap restaurant and I do see a lot of reviews pointing that out, and perhaps they could lower their prices somewhat but overall I really enjoy having a brazilian option in the neighborhood. The next closest Brazilian place that I can think of is all the way over in the west village (IYKYK). I speak Portuguese so I enjoy coming here and catching the vibes…"
