"Had a delivery this morning the delivery guy very disrespectful and rude,went into my house on my brand new carpet with his nasty and filthy sneakers. Look like it haven’t washed for years. I called the store to complain and the manager there was so rude to 100% disrespectful telling me that the delivery guy is right to go into my house with his shoe and she hung up the phone very nasty. I don’t think she’s fit to do customer service, she should be working in a zoo with animals that’s not how you treat a customer they are paying for the service. It’s not for free very disrespectful and rude. They should fix your attitude problem."
