"This Burlington store in Glen Oaks, NY does not even deserve 1 Star. Customer service is the worst with limited cashiers. Might as well just close for business, if you are not ready, willing and able to serve the public. The cashier line takes half of the first floor in a maze. This is terrible. Nobody to help you on the floor. This Burlington has turned for the worst of all time. What a shame! And, it is Christmas season..."
"I came here for a new work coat that I will surely destroy or lose somehow. And I found one. So this store visit worked out. I would have given it 5 stars but the aisles were quite messy. I mostly blame the people coming in here to shop. But come on with the sloppiness."
"Ridiculous when you enter the store they got it blocked off with rope some people think it’s closed. If you tell the loss prevention lady “oh I didn’t see it was closed “ she goes stupidly”the store it’s not closed “ well obviously the person talking about the rope it’s closed that’s if she’s not to busy talking not paying attention"
