"Beware. They pull every trick in the book to not give u complementary maintenance. When you call up for an appointment, they schedule u a month out, hoping u don't know if u drive too many miles past the time u need to do maintenance then u can't get it complementary for free. They pull this trick on u, and when u come in and say that ur car is below 36k miles and less than 3 years old, they claim u don't have any complementary maintenance left and that it goes by your vin number and the computer sais that the vin for your car does not have any more complementary maintenance left. Then they try to sell u their maintenance packages. Very shady and dishonest"
