"Every time I come to this location… The employees never want to look at you to take your order… They only let you know to use the kiosk… I stood at the counter for about 10 min before two other customers came in and the employees looked past me to handle them first as the were Uber eats or GrubHub customers… I was about to leave but remembered my family was hungry so I used the kiosk… sat and waited which is why I’m writing this review… I feel like all locations on Long Island are going the same direction with no customer service… I understand the world is going this way but we still need to have interaction with one another.. very disappointed… I was ignored the whole time I was there"

"They got my order COMPLETELY WRONG. Didn’t deliver my slushie on time and it melted and they gave it to me anyways even though I told them it melted. They but beans in my regular chicken quesadilla, refused to give me a large nacho fries despite my order being a large nacho fries AND I SHOWED THEM THE RECEIPT. The only good thing about this place is that it is clean. Some of the employees are nice and some of them have the worst attitude ever."

"Used to be good and clean, now messy, slow, and the serving sizes have been reduced while the price is almost doubled. The tacos being served now are anemic in comparison to what they used to be! Used to be a regular thing for my family but I don't think we'll be going back!"

"Check your order! It's amazing, the incompetent people they allow to work at these places. I ordered 5 or 6 items mostly with chicken. I spend 16.00 only to be handed a bag with 3 cheesey gordita crunches in there. they obviously gave someone else my order, probably the car behind me. It's sad that our nation"s workforce is full of so many of these incompetent folks."

"Taco Bell at this location is very clean! The employees are always nice. The wait is sometimes long at peak hours and late night but it’s not too bad. Orders are usually correct without missing items or wrong items. Only con would be that they don’t offer every item that the other local Taco Bell has, and they also have slightly higher prices for the same items as the Taco Bell down the road. ***Update: This Taco Bell has nice employees but the orders take a very long time, especially the ones for delivery. Store has been very dirty lately, you can see in the pictures I posted. Also, while waiting inside for a good 15 minutes for an order, I watched a female employee with a blondish ponytail wiping her nose with her arm, and continue to make food. She kept touching her face with her gloves on and never changed them, continued to make food. I would never order from here for myself. It’s not as bad as 2186 Jericho but it’s getting there."
