"My boyfriend and I have been wanting to try here for a while and so happy we did, the customer service was as amazing as the food was! We had a the Taiwanese popcorn chicken( seasoned to perfection), fresh and juicy dumplings with chili oil and a Korean mozzarella corn dog our first try and it was amazing the hibachi teriyaki chicken and shrimp with egg, fried rice and fresh vegetables to a crisp was really good. The teriyaki sauce is definitely made in house. My boyfriend also have the strawberry milk, tea and the Oreo milk tea it was absolutely delicious the owners are truly passionate about their work, and are very friendly to all their guest will be coming back!!!"

"If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I have been here 4 times now, and have always ordered a bubble tea because after my first one, I couldn’t get enough. I have tried the following flavors: coffee, matcha, Oreo and strawberry, and they are all incredible!! The flavors are PERFECT and their boba is Soooo FRESH! The freshest I have ever had. And I have had bubble tea from a lot of places, both in and out of town. Snowball Cafe makes, hands down, my absolute favorite bubble tea, that I have ever had to date. I just finished one, and I’m already dreaming of going back tomorrow, haha. Okay, moving onto their food. I have both dined in and taken out food from Snowball Cafe. Takeout was fast, order was correct, attention was given to detail, as far as including utensils, providing a sturdy bag, with handles, etc. I ordered the Tokatsu Ramen, and it is AMAZING! The flavors, the tenderness of the pork, just everything, amazing! And as for dining in, we went as a family. The restaurant is bright and welcoming, clean and beautiful!! It is very kid friendly, but also has a hip vibe that suits date nights and group gatherings well. The employees are all sweet and attentive. We ordered steak and shrimp hibachi (note:this is not a cook in front of you place,) popcorn chicken, pork buns and miso soup, and guess what? All of them were delicious!!! Seriously, go eat for yourself. They have so much variety to their fusion menu, that honestly, I could eat here everyday. This place is a hidden gem. There food is just so so good! Run, don’t walk! "Been there a couple times lately. Really liked their tonkotsu ramen and popcorn chicken (crispy and flavory)! Must try. Tried a few boba tea and personally I like mango and matcha the most (though I heard their frappe is also good). Friendly staff, nice and clean dining area, reasonable price, a pretty decent place all around"
