"I got hurt at work a few months ago and getting in and out of the car plus the wheelchair was a pain, so I decided to get a minivan. Went to my branch (Springdale) and got a pre-approval. I found the van and this Founders was beside it, so I decided to take my purchase order to them. It took 3 hours for me to get finished. The loan officer (Trudy) was horrible. The whole process was horrible. You would think that with a pre-approval it would be simple. I will never go to this branch again!!! Other loan officers were seeing people and getting done as I waited. She even asked to speak to my insurance company after I added the van to my policy...as if I lying. This is what racism looks like to me!!! It's 2023 people!!! Note...the van was $10,000 less than what I was approved for."

"Went into the branch on Anderson Road in Rockhill just do a personal loan and sat down with Mr. Sanchez, and wow what an experience I had with him. Mr. Sanchez only help me with a personal loan for me to help send my kids off to college but help me with some other loans I had with higher interest rates. "Ive had nothing but problems here. They didn't know their own mortgage policies for home refinancing and wasted over a month of my time while the interest rates went up. Refinancing was so much easier with another bank. Now they don't accept any visa cards at all. So I can't make payments with my card. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere before they make anymore policy changes!"

"I went to this branch to enquire about becoming a member so I could look into getting a car loan. I had been told they had excellent rates, which I can now say is very true. I was also pleasantly surprised at what exceptional customer service I received, which is not always easy to come by these days. Lantz was extremely helpful in explaining everything in detail and really taking the time to help me get set up with everything. My first experience was a great one largely in part to him. I hope this branch values him and all of the employees who understand how important customer service can be to their patrons.
