"This company does some system check initially. I did get approved and paid off my loan. While driving over 80+ miles to readvance, and after speaking to the customer service rep who reminded me of my payment upcoming (stated that I could readvance and the next time is usually more) I was denied. I was told that I had a loan outstanding. I had no loans outstanding. The employee stated that because I did not call my payment in that the process takes longer to show cleared in the system. I was told to try back around the 18th of September. It's embarrassing to sta te denial in front of others loudly. This company should not be doing any check especially for repeat customers. It should not matter if I have 5 loans out. Times are hard right now and it's a payday loan. If I pay the loan back, I should be able to readvance. I have employment.PERIOD ! In reference to the reply given of the email address, this method does not work. Please call me or reach out via email."
