Pete's Branch Falls

"Nice hike. Pretty short, so it’s moderate or slightly easy, depending on your ability. The Google GPS try’s to take you farther down the road than needed. The raid is gravel, so low riding cars might be issue. There is parking off the road at the trail head. About a 1/3 of mile up the trail there are 2 blue trail marker on a tree. The trail continues or you can turn to the left and go up some stairs. Take the left trail if you want to see the falls. They are about 1/4 mile up the left fork."

"First time we make it to the falls. It was pretty even though it was frozen. Worth the hike to get to it."

"Wonderful hike, parked in the parking lot at the base, trail is well kept. 4 hour round trip was well worth it."

"Beautiful hike. You have to park in the paved parking lot unless you have a high clearance 4x4. There are 9 creek crossings to go over, it was fairly easy in high water with experienced hikers. Trail was about 2.5 miles one way, didnt feel like it though. Best to do this when it has rained that way you get a full waterfall. there is no swimming hole at the bottom but you can always goes under the falls."
