"If I could give these guys a rating higher than a 5, I would. We drove all over Charlotte, stopped at four different used tires stores looking for two tires for our 2012 Hyundai Sonata. Called several others and none of these knuckeheads even answered their phone! We happen chanced drove by Impact Tire, pulled in, and they went to work for us. He took me behind the shop and showed me a stack of 225/65R18 tires to chose from! We found two matching Pirelli tires in very good condition. They had the tires on the rims and mounted in less than 15 minutes. Price was right, too. Kudos to the team there. We'll be back!"
