"Large multi floor store offering elevator and escalator service. Outerwear, clothing, footwear, jewelry, accessories, housewares, a wide selection of items. Checkouts are quick and cordial. Does get very crowded at times, so hard to find items may truly be hard to find."

"I had to pick up a Secret Santa gift for my co-worker. I got a really nice grooming kit set for $19.99. The story was crowded, naturally, and a little messy. The line moved pretty quickly, though. Good customer service and a pretty good experience over all; especially considering it's the Holiday season."

"Employees are kind, but the fitting rooms should be available! I’m not sure why stores within certain neighborhoods think they can change the rules of a franchise!! Hire loss prevention and cleaning staff!! It’s not the customers problem that the fitting rooms can’t be kept clean, the reason for it being closed for customers!! The sign says “ temporarily closed” just so they wouldn’t get penalized for changing the rules!! Do better !! UPDATE: In response to the “ manager “ Tina My “desire” to have access to try on clothing I am about to purchase seems like a burden for this store! I am fully aware of my options for returns after purchase. Unfortunately this sarcastic response is the reason why I will never visit this store. I wish you would’ve stated why the fitting rooms are not available for customers rather than providing company policy on returns !"

"Would give more star but they are getting worst when it comes to checking out. They need to staff their stores more with cashiers. Twenty and over persons in a line with only 2 cashiers, you need to do better."

"By far the worst retail space I have ever been too. The store upkeep is horrible. Minimal staff and the ones that are there are so over worked they offer littlest help. The store likes like pigs are suppose to shop there. Good prices, out of stock sizes for boxers, underwear, bags. If you like searching for items, this is an entire day's work, nothing is organized. Not the Burlington I'm use too. But still good prices. I manage to get a few items. The store was messy, panties and clothing on the floor. Reviewed in August 2022 Returned in January 1st 2023 and the upkeep is worst."
