"I got my wedding dress from David’s Bridal and did the alterations by their seamstress who completely ruined my dress. I couldn’t even button my dress. I brought the dress over to Zhanna and Tanya and they completely took apart and redid the whole top of my wedding dress and made it look amazing for a very reasonable price on very short notice during holiday season! They really pulled through. After that, I brought about 10 more dresses for them to alter, and they did everything very well. If something wasn’t to my liking they had no problem fixing it until I was happy with it. So grateful to them. Highly recommend!!!"

"Extremely unprofessional! I was told the dress was finished and to come in a certain day, and when I did the dress hadn’t even been touched. I had to wait 45 minutes for her to do the job, (add straps) and she said she assumed I would come later in the day and was unapologetic. She said to give her ten minutes and being that it took her 45 I got a parking ticket. Very rude overall."

"I went to this place because it was recommended by a friend to alter my wedding dress. This woman took SCISSORS and cut the length of my dress instead of pinning it like other tailors do! To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my dress for my wedding dress... a white dress... it was dirty everywhere!!!!!!!! It had shoe prints like someone had walked all over it and never cleaned it. Imagine this happening the day OF your wedding. Never again. They’re also extremely unprofessional."

"I was promised a date of 7/29 for my dress to be fixed and I came 8/7 only to find out that they could not find the exact color of the toole I wanted to put under my dress. Not a problem. But why did I not get a phone call informing me of this at that time? Even though i had went one week after the date I was promised. I had to go there and make another trip. Luckily I went five days before the wedding I was supposed to be in or I might have not been so lucky. Bad customer service. But the dress seems to be fine."
