"I shop here at least twice a week I go yesterday I have at least $100 plus worth of items & the cashier tells me they are not expecting cash bc the system is down or whatever ok … so can u hold my items since your system is down she was extremely rude saying not store policy, bc most of the ladies work there recognize me an know I’ll be there that next morning, I work inside the shopping center next to them… I understand it’s store policy but since your systems are you can’t make an exception like I’m there twice a week…. Let’s see what’s happens today"

"Visited this location around 730 pm on a weekday. Employees were really helpful. My kids were being really loud and they were patient and understanding. Place was pretty empty at that time. Things were neat and organized. Would return to this location again."

"The worst old navy! Was planning on buying some clothes, had to use the bathroom. They wouldn't let me so I dropped the clothes on a table and left. Don't shop here. And some advice for the store. If you're not going to let customers use the restroom, maybe get rid of the giant "restrooms here" sign."

"I love this location. The staff try to help you the best way they can. There is always a sale!! If you go in store, some of the time the prices are less than it is online. Their online pickup is very fast! The staff also accommodates online price for in-store prices. Great place to shop for reasonably priced clothing for tour family."
