"I returned a part from 2020 due to a situation I encountered. It is past 30 days and no refund on the part I have returned. I normally don’t do bad reviews but they say it will take longer than expected to get a refund but I mean like when you order the part they don’t take longer than expected to take the money out of your account! I have called them multiple times the mail box for them is always full I have emailed them no email back. It’s sad that they treat there customers like this. I do want my money back regardless of it being past the 30 days so I am making future customers aware of this place. Despite writing this review they called me after posting this review saying I need to take this review down and that they was still going to give me my refund in full. But it has been weeks now and I shipped this part to them on the 13th March we in May and nothing so I told the guy I will take this review down only when I see the money in my account because you so fast to tell me take this review down yet you tell me the banks are working with each other to process a refund it’s funny because if that was true it would have taken at most a week to clear and yet nothing."
