"The whole franchise has a horrible lack of customer service! I made an in store order of 2 cotton shirts from this location. One of the shirts was obviously repackaged from a previous return and shipped out to me strongly smelling of BODY ODOR! The shirt was neatly folded in the plastic package with the sleeves also folded at the cuffs. The staff thought it was okay to send such an item to a customer. Wow, totally gross and unhygenic! JCrew and Ann Taylor on the same Austin Street, Forest Hills offers a much more professional customer service experience!"

"While the gentleman that greeted me in the front of the store was nice, I couldn’t help but feel the sense I was being followed, or watched around the store as I shopped. As I made my way to the back I had three items slung over my forearm, because there are no shopping carts and nowhere else for me to put the items. As I’m looking through the sale racks, one of the associates comes from out of the fitting room to potentially check on the sale rack only to lightly rummage through the hangers, not really looking for anything in particular, and then seem satisfied after he circles me twice. The girl at the register was very nice but I probably will not be shopping there again based on this experience. To have such preconceived notions about people that walk in your door, and you don’t know whether or not they have tons of money to spend there, seems like it’s in very poor form on your store manager, and your associates alike. Regardless of my appearance, I should not be treated like a there when walking through your store. Especially since I’ve been shopping at this retailer across the tristate area for several years and am a loyalty member with money on my account based on my purchase history."
