"I reside in Arkansas and my credit card was used here as an unauthorized purchase. When I called to raise my concerns, the woman I spoke to went to get the manager. I was hung up on twice. The third time around, I was informed that I didn't have the name on the order or the item/items that 'I' ordered, then they couldn't do anything about it. So here's a long shot... Whoever you are that ordered food with my card, I hope you enjoy your food to the point you choke on it and suffocate to death."

"So this was my first time ever having Papa John’s. I read all the reviews on this store so I thought if I ordered online and picked up I wouldn’t have the long wait issue, but that didn’t work. The store seems clean, delivery drivers frequently going in and out, workers were respectful. However I got there twenty minutes after the online tracking thing said it was ready and my order was not ready. I had to wait about 14 minutes still. They seem busy, lots of orders coming in, it’s just that the wait time is inaccurate which is frustrating. I thought the dough would be really good, and it is, but idk. I got a chicken Alfredo pizza and the Alfredo sauce is kinda salty and they were skimpy on the chicken lol. Also the black pepper in the garlic parm breadsticks is too much. It has potential ngl but I won’t be getting it again"

"It’s easier to order via phone and walk-in to pickup. Delivery drivers are questionable, in terms of how busy they are, so the estimate time won’t match the delivery time. The product is fresh as usual, customer service is half way decent. Use your debit, just avoid finding change. The place is always clean, drivers are in and out but there is no place sit and eat, so grab it to go."
