"I ordered a dress and waited for a confirmation email and never received one. In addition, my order came out to $471 and I was charged $508 on my credit card. For reference, in the $471 order total, shipping and handling was already included. I tried contacting someone and received no response on Instagram, email and on their online chat. I ended up calling the bank and they informed me that they have heard about MackTak before from previous customers and were aware of their scams. I wish I could give them "0" stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!"
