"Make sure to call this location at least 2 hours before you are ready to eat. The wait time is actually insane, especially for the small amount of food items ordered. The call service people are usually nice, but calling back to get an update on your order; you sometimes get impatient people on the phone."

"The manager at this store is a thief. Don’t trust them wit nothing but cash. Took from 1:49pm to 4:13pm to deliver my food so I refused it. That thief kept the my money, had to go to bank to get money back. He should be fired!!! Why is this place still open? These people don’t respect us or the fact that we spend or hard earned money there. So we should stop and put these disgusted people out of work. Let people that want the job get it. We have to stop tolerating this BS in our own neighborhoods."

"This location the walk-in service is horrible. I walked put in my order but a lady at the counter only ignore me while standing for good 15 minutes wait on her to finish her phone order. While other staff came to the register doing other things, without asking me if I can take your order just totally ignoring me. But after leaving the restaurant that's when she came off the phone, to serve someone who came to pick up their food which you can see in the picture. I was not rude or disrespectful i stood there and waiting on her patiently. So i left after experiencing how they treat some of their customers. But or than that; Papa John's Pizza is not bad at all. But this location the staff need to be retrained on good customer service."
