"Don’t even want to give this place a one star, they deserve zero. Went in to return a dress I bought. I was in a rush to purchase a dress to wear for the holidays after returning home I noticed the dress had a small pull. I was not able to wear the dress so I went in to return it today. The tags and plastic straps were still on the dress and I let the cashier and her manager know that I wanted to return the dress because of the pull. They accused me of wearing the dress and telling me that there were stains on the dress. I asked her to show me where the stains were and neither of them were able to do that. I have also been there multiple times purchasing different items and seen them refuse to return other customers items as well. They always do this at this location. I will not be shopping here again. Who ever the district manger is here needs to get more educated and people with customer service experience to work here. UPDATED REVIEW: I called the number for customer service and gave the code like you said to do so. The customer service agent have no idea of what the code was. I proceeded to explain to her my issue I had at the store and she hung up on me. Again, this company really needs to get workers that are educated and people who know how to talk to customers cause all you’re doing is losing customers with employees like this."

"This Rainbow 75 charged an transaction to my credit card after leaving the items on the counter for over charging me for $10 slippers I am referring this matter to the better business bureau and consumer affairs. They are very nasty foreigners and will not buy from them again."

"Very poor customer service bought Over 50 dollars worth of stuff and didn't receive one of my items call to tell them and the manager shrugged it off like he didn't care and told me to come in tomorrow just to rush me off the phone did not receive an apology at all also told the manager I could not come in that day to get it due to the fact that i work and didn't know when ill be able to come in to get it... 3 days later call back to let them know that ill be in to pick it up and the manager again was rude and tried to suggest that i was lying i have no reason to lie about a $5.00 item to be honest I could of cared less if I didn't need it for a function that I would be going to in a couple of days... They need better management skills and a class on customer service because at the end of the day the customers are the one who bring in the money to pay ur bills never shopping here again"
