"I would give negative star if I could. This review is for the store manager not for the store itself or other employees. I’ve never seen such a rude & racist manager in my life. After picking up my order, he didn’t even care to give my ID back as I was asking & he was blaming me that I didn’t take it back. He was very rude entire time though I tried to very polite. I don’t know how he became a manager!"

"I always buy from here because of its affordable and wide selections. However, I had bought swim trunks online recently and ordered it to be picked up from this location. I went to the store and the cashier looked at my confirmation and told me that I had put the store's address when I purchased it and my product was not there. After she had told me that I would have to call the package's handler and that I needed to redirect it to my house's adress, I left the store. But, I was sure I had selected in store pick up and went back to her with the most recent confirmation and my swim trunks were indeed there!"

"Good quality on jeans. Most of time they have great prices, nice styles for the family. There is something I hate about old navy stores correct me if I am wrong, is the confusing prices on tags and the advertising, tags say one price and the advertising a different one and when you check out is a total different price that's one thing, secondly when you check online they have very attractive prices when you get to a store you find yourself with the confusing prices. I use to go to old navy stores to get my clothes but I just got tired of the confusing prices or maybe I'm not smart enough to read the tags, I hope they fix that."
