"I had a half Nad experience here too Staff is nice but don't listen to your concerns. Very persuasive against what you need opposed to a sale.The head gentleman at the register never compensates the customers the seamstress always has excuses of not coming in. I definitely wouldn't recommend this store & for their prices,take your business elsewhere. A customer is very important in a business & when 1 particular lady helps you with several,she gets overwhelmed & disappears with an attitude. Poor professionalism"

"I have two concerns with this business. The first issue: I payed for a garment to be altered from a large into a small. The original garment altered was a large. While the garment was being altered I purchased the same garment in a size small to support me while my original large garment was being altered. Originally, they told me the alterations would take 3 days. Upon picking up the garment they told me 2 more days because their steamstress’ husband was not available to drop her off to deliver the garment. This should not have been my issue. 2nd concern: Once the item was available, I picked it up and took it home. I compared the size of the garment that was altered to the size small that I have in my home. The item was not the same size. A few days later I went into the store to personally speak with the owner and explain my concern. He told me that I would have to pay to get it re-altered because they did what I asked. I told him to compare it to the small size and he told me no and blamed it on the elasticity of the garment. A small is a small. The elasticity should have mothing to do with it since it was a few days later and they are technically altering the clothing which means that they can manipulate it to any size. He refused to accommodate me and because I was upset he and his employee proceeded to mock me and the situation. Unprofessional. Moreover terrible customer service because I spent over $250 in their store. I could have taken my business elsewhere."
