"Shopping at the Porta Bella located at 503 Nostrand Ave Brooklyn NY turned out to be a nightmarish experience. The staff was courteous and helpful but also too preoccupied with finalizing the sell to the point where they apparently do not listen attentively to their consumers' concerns. I brought 3 suits and told them precisely what length I wished to have the pants altered to. Their tailor made the length ankle high I went back a few days after the discovery to inquire about the error and became more frustrated when his explanation was that the pants wouldn't look appropriate at the longer length that I initially requested. How could they have the audacity to tell me that my pants length preference wasn't a good choice as opposed to simply admitting that they made a huge mistake? I don't like my socks exposed I like wear the length long enough to lay over my shoes I'd most likely continue shopping there because they have reasonable prices but I'll utilize the services of my own tailor moving forward which is far better than wasting time and money on suits that don't fit my style and I refuse to wear"

"Had a horrible experience. Went to the store on Utica ave for a pair of dress pants for my son prom. Spoke to the "Manager" Salem. He guaranteed he would be able to get me the pants for the next day and informed me to come back Thursday at 12 pm. When I get to the store they said he wasn't there to call in 30 mins. When called someone said he was busy to call back. I called 3 more times and I went back to the store for him to cowardly hide upstairs and not be a big man to tell me he wasn't able to get the pants. He was very unprofessional. I'll never go back to the store again. All he had do is be honest and not make me waste a day waiting on a pair of pants he couldn't get after he guaranteed them. WHAT A UNPROFESSIONAL COWARD."
