"As soon as I walked in, a sales associate saw me, and I just waited for a greeting that never happened. I was so so excited about going in, and once I realized that none of the sales associates cared to help, I realized I wasn't interested in doing business there."

"I would give this place a 5 star but the employees are extremely unprofessional and don't make it an enjoyable experience shopping here. The girls working here were busy talking about their personal relationships with one another shouting across the store for everyone to hear. They talked about financial problems also screaming across the entire store. I picked up about 20 items not a single employee came over to help carry any of them to the dressing room or offered any help. Just sad when a store with such nice items doesn't have the right employees to elevate the shopping experience. Such a turn off."

The girls who work there are super friendly and give great fashion tips when you can’t decide (especially Diamond!) and they have the best selection out of the multiple locations. Wish they would open up one in bay ridge!"

"They are thieves. Their "two week" return policy is bogus. When it comes to accepting returns they will come up with every excuse in the book. Had to call my credit company to discpute the charge. Don't be a victim to their thievery."
