"I visited the shop during a weekend trip to New York City in November 2019. I purchased two pairs of Red Wing Heritage boots--a pair of 3365s for my wife and a pair of 9111s for myself. It was my wife's first pair of Red Wings, so the staff was incredibly helpful in measuring her foot and letting her try on a several different pairs. We hung around for a while, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and having a good conversation. I've since ordered two more pairs of Red Wings from them. Though there's a Red Wing store in Midtown, they don't have as large a selection of standard and exclusive Heritage boots like Red Wing Heritage NYC.
