"Two of the items in my online order came defective (one an off-the-shoulder top with a broken support strap and the other a crop that ties criss cross around the waist and in the back and the strings/cords were only a few inches long, as if they were cut off) I live out of country and only visit the US about once a year and by the time I got the email response from them about how to ship them back as defective to not be charged shipping, I already was back in my country. Where I was staying in the US was hours from the nearest store, so a store return wasn't an option for me. Super disappointing. A big hassle and waste of time and money. Still surprised and confused how defective items get shipped out and goes unnoticed..."
