"On January 29th I left half of a very high price as a deposit for services. They were to install the skirt to the front and rear of the vehicle. I continuously told the owner throughout our discussions I didn’t want to waste time getting the job started and done in fear of someone hitting the vehicle let’s face it we live in NY. The owner assured me it would take a few weeks to get everything ready and he would call me to schedule a date to install. So not to worry! I cooperated with him in every way possible even returning so he could use my car as a model to create a temp plate since he didn’t have one for this car. I never got the call to install so on April 9, 2018 I called and spoke with the owner briefly who kept telling me he was to busy and needed to call me back. Finally on Thursday, April 12, 2018 we spoke so I shared with him someone in fact did scrape the rear bumper causing damage and I didn’t need the skirt but was willing to put bars on the front and rear of the vehicle as a good gusture so he didn’t have to refund my money. The owner refused and started bullying me with no refund and I have to move forward even after his mistakes. I will never do business with this money hungry untrustworthy person or his shop."
