While I was on a phone call an employee criticized what I was talking about on my personal phone call & truly made me uncomfortable. "We went there for Carhartt clothing, they had a good selection, and the staff were very very helpful. There shop size is small (due to it being a heritage building) and they cannot keep everything they have in stock in the shop. However the staff are very very helpful and efficient in guiding on sizing and then bringing other styles and colours that are kept out the back to be looked at/ tried on. If we were in NYC again we would go back and buy some more."
