"The customer service here is horrible. Absolutely horrible. It’s really bad. The lady that rung me out was extremely rude and not welcoming and definitely on her cellphone instead of properly checking out customers."

"The clothing was ok but the staff needs training. They carrying on conversations while checking out customers and taking their time unnecessarily so and keeping back their customers. And to make matters worse, the music in the store is so LOUD, that you have to almost shout for them to hear when you are asking a question. I was on my phone trying to get someone to confirm an item was what they wanted, and could hardly hear them and they me because the music was excessively loud in the store. As I could no longer take it, I just left everything there and went elsewhere to shop in comfort and where I felt like I was welcomed."

"I've never had an issue with the workers. My issue is with the store. And their policy. I indertood why we didnt have a fitting room throughout the pandemic. My times have passed and it STILL isnt open. Its frustrating but fine we can still return it. NOPE. It's only exchange. The reason for the fitting room to still be closed is said that they have a broken pipe that haven't been fixed for 3 YEARS. I don't know if it's legit or not. But they need to accommodate SOME way. Of their isn't a fitting room give me my money back. If you won't give money back they allow us to try it on before we purchase anything. My sister just bought something in the store. And didn't notice a hole until after we tried it on at home. It was the last one in her size and she paid full price for something that shouldn't even have been on the sales floor. So now we have to either look for something in attempt to make up for it. Take the L (which I refuse because I already got Ls from here before. I just don't like a ton of things and when I do they won't match the price even if its the same color or similar style.) THEY JUST DONT WORK WITH YOU. Now she's disappointed. And I warned her about this store. If you find something and it happens to fit you and is your style that is in good condition. You won't have any issues. Enjoy your purchase. BUT IF YOU DOOOOO you're SOL. It's a W for them. Because they get money either way. If you're not ready to gamble. Don't shop here. If you really have a broken pipe fix it."

"I saw a short set in the window 2 months ago I asked the sales associate she referred me to the managers today I came in and said hello to one of the managers before I could even utter a word she walked me over to two managers and they gave her the okay to take the suit of the manakin I was so happy I got this outfit to wear to my ex girlfriend birthday party tonight thanks to Bryana and the rest of the team at landers you are appreciated your biggest fan Sylburn Bartholomew"
