"Terrible experience today with the manager onsite was taking drive through orders. I order my meal and said coke no ice, fries no salt (she sighed inside the microphone) and fresh chicken. Who's time I'm on while waiting? but mines, the audacity of a manager to conduct one business in that manner. I'm spending my money for her services that she's obviously not comfortable providing. This place needs a better management system thats willing to provide the services one ask for. ie. My coke has ice in it, fries has salt, I guess she only heard fresh chicken please."
