"Ordered tires through tire rack and had it shipped to Pep Boys for installation. Confiriming the order with Pep Boys was smooth. Upon further inspection before the install, multiple things needed to be replaced. I went to the front desk and spoke to Suave who gave me a clear break down of the estimate and answered my questions regarding it. I really like the fact that Pep Boys sends you a text of the status of your car and the breakdown of what needs to be repaired/replaced along with photos. I waited from 8 am - 2:15pm. I was aware that it will be packed due to me going on the weekend. I expected that. Staff was really friendly and I appreciate that. My car is driving better now and it's all thanks to their amazing team!"
