"Ordered a part for aground support vehicle we have to tow aircraft. The sales person Matt Azrak informed me that the brake master cylinder and brake for the model tug we have only came as a unit and not sold separately. I informed him that was fine with me. When the part arrived I found that the part was not only the wrong part but would even come close to fitting in our tug. I immediately called Matt and informed him of the problem and requested an authorization to return the the part. It’s been down hill since with a big runaround and no action and now will no answer the phone. I think this company is a fraud and certainly will not call with future pats request"
