"Anyone familiar with Starbucks like I am will tell you they have very good service. But this location raised a small awareness I wish to share with everyone. I went in there to buy a strawberry fruit drink that an attendant made for me. After I saw her scoop a full cup of ice I then asked for NO ICE. The atendant indicated no ice will be $1.00 more. I was shocked and asked is this normal for Starbucks she said yes. Turns out it is ONLY normal when a Starbucks is a franchise just like the one in STOP N SHOP SUPERMARKET here in Amityville on Montauk Highway. Other Starbucks not franchised like the one in Island Park and Long Beach road south of the Long Beach Road Bridge DOES NOT DO THAT. Something to keep in mind when your there. Dave Long Island NY"

"Keep giving this starbucks more chances than they deserve. Haven't had a good drink from here in over 2 years. I've dumped out terrible iced coffee and dumped out watered down hot coffee. Will no longer be getting coffee from here as I shop. Only positive is one of the baristas has always been nice."

"I worked here shortly. Cleaning routines were less than subpar, I had ended up cleaning things that were not cleaned for months. Just went through old pics and was reminded of the outrageous conditions. This location does not follow proper Starbucks procedures (I had previously worked at a different Starbucks) like having separate blenders and pitchers for nut milks so anyone with a nut allergy could easy get sick. Would never recommend this Starbucks."

"Been here a couple of times since I moved to Amityville last year and it's overpriced. The old middle age blonde working there who I'm guessing is in charge, overcharges for any little thing. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam and she gave me the most watery foam I've ever had! She charges for light ice when she can't even make a proper drink. I don't mind going when the younger baristas are there but this old barista is more focused on chatting than making decent drinks and catches a nasty attitude quickly. Also pretty sure I saw her digging in her ear while she was making a drink and played it off. Disgusting. I no longer plan to go to this Starbucks. Coffee lovers beware."
