"I asked for hot coffee with cream. They made it light... when I asked can they make a little darker. The young lady got upset and said "well u asked for cream, when you ask for cream it makes it light" wow!! So putting more coffee and less cream doesn't make it darker?"

"Only giving 1 start because I have to. I just received the worst customer service experience at this location from a man named Sam claiming to be a manager. I had an issue with my order and the way he handled the situation was unprofessional and did not conduct himself as a manager. Will not be coming back to this location."
