"Came in for food, ended up being treated like garbage by the counter guy who was either high or drunk, but definitely intoxicated in some way. Typically pizza is good, its my go to neighborhood spot. But last 2 times i went in atmosphere went to sh*t. 1 day ordered a chicken roll and got it cold, asked the guy if it was hot and he had something smart to say like "no cause we serve chicken rolls cold". But it was cold. Came in literally a couple days later cause i eat pizza religiously, same guy, only this time he was bombed, acting like an idiot, being aggressive and just flat out rude. Asked him for chicken rolls, asked him politely to please make sure they are nice and hot, and ended up with same response "we serve our chicken rolls cold", clearly attempting to make a joke which landed terribly. Your in customer service, how dare you treat customers like this, its ok to have a bad day, but not all the time, i typically don't post reviews cause they can kill a business reputation, but this one you've earned. Its supposed to be a family friendly establishment. Theres a pizza place on every corner. Do better, i hope there's some apoligies on the menu. I can take my 100 bucks a week to another establishment if its not valued at yours."

"Very underwhelming experience. My wife and I just moved to the area and wanted to try out a local spot. Atmosphere was okay. Clean and well maintained. Wife ordered Pasta Night special. HUGE bowl of soup, which wasn't a negative. Pasta sauce was an unusual flavor, almost too sweet? Not necessarily inedible, just cloyingly sweet. Maybe too much basil or parsley? I just ordered a meatball pizza slice. Crust was stiff and tasted like cardboard, like it had been sitting out for hours. Had better pizza at Chuck e Cheese. Service was meh. Young man didn't seem very interested in giving us much attention, was very short with us. Forgot to hand over the customer receipt. We will try Giorgio's next"

"Very dissatisfied!!! placed an order for a pizza, some chicken and fries and garlic knots and paid over the phone with my credit card.the order arrived 30 minutes later than I was told and was missing the pizza. Delivery person says "ya I don't know call the store" I call the store, NO apology and am told someone will be there in 5 minutes. another 30 minutes later NO pizza. call the store once again and speak to the manager, once again NO apologies and am told they are training new people and they will send the pizza out soon. NO thanks I canceled the order. supposedly getting refunded in 2 days. I don't trust that so I will have to watch my statement. called Georgios and they had my pie ready in 5 minutes and it was amazing. Gino's Lost our business and not because of the error, but because the rude and unprofessional manner in which it was handled."

"This place is a complete joke and Gino's should be ashamed to have their name on it! The guys at work decided to order a pie, at 3 PM on a Tuesday, and because I've had problems with them before, I decided to use the UberEats App and I'm glad I did. The estimate for delivery was 25-40 minutes, a little longer than usual, but this place uses their own drivers, so it takes a little longer, whatever... Our pizza didn't arrive until 90 minutes later, it was ice cold, and all the cheese had slid over to one side! ...and like I said 3 PM on a Tuesday, not a time one would expect they'd be super busy. When I called them for a fifth time to complain, they blamed it on UberEats, saying they make when they get the order. Right... That's why it was cold? This is why I'm glad I used the app, because they gave me my money back, where as the restaurant wouldn't take any responsibility. I am so done with this place!"
