"Customer service top tier! Bagel so soft! Soup amazing! Great price! After this review I’m heading over there!"
"This place used to be so good! Not anymore! People they work there are always seem to be in a bad mood! Orders are always wrong! And has gotten ridiculously expensive! This is a pic of my order (Didn’t realize I can post a picture here so half of sandwich is gone) a ham and cheese sandwich with a pickle and a little Cole slaw $18.53!!! No drink or anything else!"
"So much more than just a bagel place though the bagels are top notch. My wife loves the build your own chopped salad bar and They have a ton of cold and hot hero’s. I got the Manhattan with a ton of roast beef, grilled onions, bacon and mozz on a toasted garlic hero. It was huge and delicious and came with a side of slaw that was excellent. Washed it all down with a 1/2 lemonade 1/2 ice tea which hit the spot. You can tell it’s a neighborhood go to. If you’re looking for a great bagel or hero this is the place."
"A coffee (16oz) egg bagel with olive cream cheese… wait for it… $11.39!!!! Asked why so much and was told because of the cream cheese. I ate and went back to the counter to go over pricing. It was brought to my attention the the sign that had pricing in it was off by $2.00 Really?! So a bagel cost me 6.50 and a coffee cost me 3.75. That blew my mind as well. The bagel had about 3 oz if that, of cream cheese and the coffee was far from a decent cup. In my opinion and I am totally ok with prices going up because I do get it, but I was totally ripped off! Totally!"
"I would not recommend ordering from here. They always get the order wrong. Here is a perfect example! Why print the receipt with the order ingredients if you are going to get it wrong? This place is close by, so I have overlooked things before. However, this is just unacceptable. You pay almost $20 for a deli sandwich I could barely stomach."
