Alluring View B&B

"The managers do not care that you are stuck in this cabin. They plowed the road and made it a sheet of ice. Then salted parts of it in the center. Their narrow vehicle could go up and down but out large dual wheel couldn't get trip on three ice they created. We had to walk the half mile up to get to the other vehicles. Then after they said they fixed it that night we had to walk back down in the dark because it wasn't fixed. We had a 3 year old with us. It was icy and treacherous for us to walk in the dark. These are the worse people to ever manage property. We had chains on and still couldn't get out."

"We just returned home from a wonderful 3 night stay at Alluring View B & B. We can't say enough good things about our stay. Our hosts Jill & Al were very welcoming, treated us like family. Al is a great cook, fantastic breakfast with pumpkin pan cakes that were as delicious as the rest of the breakfast. The location is perfect for short drives to several waterfalls and plenty of hiking trails. The views from the B & B are breathtaking as with the mountain views from all over the area. If you are looking for a great weekend getaway or a longer visit you can't pick a better place than Alluring View. Thank you Jill & Al for a great vacation."

"Wonderful place and owners. Magical delicious food. Very comfortable and clean. We had a spacious two room suite with a private bathroom, microwave and medium size refrigerator. The owner live downstairs but there is plenty of privacy. Lovely view including the stars at night. Nice cabin decor. We hiked at a variety of beautiful trails all within a 30 minute drive. Linville falls is very close and so is the blueridge parkway. We had a wonderful 5 nights there!"

"A very comfortable place to stay with beautiful views and sunsets over the mountains. The hosts, Jill and Al, are very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious and Al's banana pancakes were amazing. We had a great stay and would definitely go there again."

"Pleasant hosts, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast. The hosts met us at our car and welcomed us to their Bed and Breakfast. The hosts asked about our favorite breakfast foods and surprised us with a great breakfast that included banana pancakes. Price was right."
