"WTH you don't have info in your system about how many oil quarters fit Audi A6 1997 2.8 V6 engine? I called, answer was "we have info only from 2000". Yes, I can check by deep stick, but before I need to know how many quarters oil I must buy. You must be respectful anyone who respect Audi and keep in the road old legendary Audi. That info doesn't take a lot MB in your database. All other good. Have coffee machine, clean inside, nice staff. Just parts department close 5 p.m, not 6:30 like show Google"
"You know when you think of the brand Audi, you think of high quality, efficient, and reliable. However, the people representing your brand are flat out horrible. The lack of service is just awful over at Audi Brooklyn service and parts. You overpay for basic maintenance, the wait times are ridiculous, and the staff walks around looking miserable. Great product, nonetheless people representing your brand are terrible. Famous saying "When the fish stinks its start from the head"! Audis are awesome, but stay of away from the dealership and the service department of Audi. Don't say I didn't warn, you will be disappointed!"
"Not only is parts manager Rawl Merchant arrogant and disrespectful, this company advertises parts online as being in stock. When you go to the business to buy them at the counter, they try to charge you 70% more than the advertised price - which is 40% more than the MSRP - and they tell you they are not in stock. Their answer why - “oh the computer always says that.”"
"Extremely rude i called to see if a part was in stock and I simply ask to please double check if that part fix my vehicle because there are multiple parts that look the same but don’t fit, they respond with “i am telling you this part fits your vehicle why are you questioning me about the fitment”. The part ends up being the wrong part it was for the base package! Don’t buy here!"
"Audi of Brooklyn = Bait and switch + Worst experience + Rip off customers I fly from Michigan after calling and confirming with their manager about 7 Audi Q5s they displayed as available for sales online. I also called to confirm out of the door price before going there. Then upon my utmost dismay - they had only 1 car out of the 7. Their business model is to buy damaged cars with minor accidents, fix them in their buddy's body shop and sell them to customers. I found one of the other 7 in their lot which they said is in battery dead but it has it's bumper scratched. So, why did you even put it online to sell? Then other cars when I asked for CarFax had either a major or minor accident. Since, I flew spending time & money - I finally agreed to buy the only car available from their lot. Then they added another $980 for dealership fees which they did not tell me as part of 'out of the door price' on the phone day before going to them. The sales manager kept blaming sales man and said that salesman did not have the authority to tell anyone out of the door price - are you kidding me! Save yourselves from this crooked dealership. And if you do, pls get everything in writing from them before even going out to visit them."
