"Owners not the nicest from what I gather from tenants and theres very strict rules must be 55 or older but if I had to guess the owner and his wife arent even 55 but they run a tight ship always working on the place and making it look good it's quiet and the grass stays very green and cut... it's very pet friendly and has nice people staying there everyone waves at you and talks to you"

"We stayed at Down By The River Campground for a month in 2023 and really enjoyed the campground. Located directly on Linville River River. it offers spacious concrete pad, full hookup rv sites with great wifi service Very clean bathhouses and grounds. It is conveniently located near The Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain on Banner Elk. Highly recommended!"
