"Service in this place it sucks, not sure if the white tall guy is the owner or the manager, but he sucks as leaders, don't know how to treat and respect clients, probably he didn't realize he still open thanks to the clients entering and expending money on he's place., nothing wrong with the food, but service and leaders ship defenetly 0. Sucks Learn how to be respectful to people, so people can respect you."

"Order from here. You won’t regret it. We do delivery, but the inside is great too. We prefer plain pizza and salad. Ciros is one of the best places we’ve tried. We’ve ordered from here for years and will continue to order from here for years to come."

"Very disappointed. Ordered a grandma pie and mozzarella sticks. When we got home it was a regular pie in the box. When I called, the person was already speaking angrily repeating he didn’t hear what I said even though I had not said a word yet. The person on the phone then quoted me a different price than what is listed on the google page, which was my reference since their website does not work, and stood by his statement that I “was charged correctly for the regular pie” even though that’s not what I ordered. Additionally, the pie is extremely small for the price they charge. Very disappointed all around."

"We ordered and picked up from Ciro’s tonight, and to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. The Buffalo slices had no Buffalo sauce and I’ve never had a greasier grandma slice in my life. Overall, the pizza tasted similar to dominos. For the amount that we spent, I was expecting so much more. The owner was incredibly rude to not only my husband, but also his delivery driver. Their pizza boxes bear the “best of Long Island” logo, but when you look closely you see that the award is from 2011. It’s disheartening that a business that was highly recommended close to 15 years ago no longer puts effort into their product or customer service. Save yourself time, money, and heartburn by going to another local pizzeria."
