"Arrive at the subway by 8:40 and waited the staff waited until 9 then approached the door by saying they were closed even though the door say they close at 9:30pm. They should change the door if they close at 8:30pm."

"Really disappointed with this subway. The "locally owned" subways don't honor subway coupons.... That is just a way to not get less money for the food. Did anyone make them realize that once you get the customer, you have created a partnership. I'm not okay with this. You try to support the business, however, things like this make me not want to.
