"I needed a place with good vegetarian main dishes and not simply vegetarian side items, this restaurant exceeded expectations. I (American) went for lunch with my girlfriend (Indian) and food was excellent for both our tastes. She endorsed it as very authentic. She (eggplant biryani) asked for mild and I (chicken vindaloo) asked for hot spice level, and they tailored different levels well. Bread items were all delicious and I strongly recommend ordering to use as the spoon/scoop for your main dish. Service was stellar. Interior design beautiful, clean, and comfortable. For the experience we had, I was very happy with price point. We absolutely will be going again to try different dishes."

"I went here with some friends, and we ordered some samosas, Kerala Beef pepper fry, Mongolian Lamb Chops, and shrimp noodles. All of the food was delicious and perfectly spiced! They asked what level spice for the food, and it was exactly what I asked for (we went for moderate spice). I would highly recommend coming here! The staff was very attentive and friendly, and they accommodated my dairy allergy."

My order was a very difficult order since I was ordering for a group of non-Indians with many allergies and spice tolerance levels, but the chef was able to conform to my requests and still made the food taste brilliant with all the adjustments. The staff was very easy to talk to and made the ordering process simple. Highly recommend Kokum for anyone who is ordering for a large crowd or just wants to try authentic Indian food!"
