"Very bad experience. I placed an order on the Dunkin app for pickup. When I got to the store 20 mins later because of traffic, they told me they did not receive my order. I showed them the online receipt, they said they can’t make my order because they did not receive it. Is it my problem? I already paid on the app and I don’t get my order? They keep going back and forth and does not want to make my order. Then, they finally take a look on the receipt on my phone say somebody else took it 20 mins ago. What the heck? Wasting my time instead of just make my order again when somebody else took it. Horrible experience!!"

"I came here at the end of my evening work shift, when it was 9 degrees outside and the wind chill was ridiculous. I remember my hands hurting so much from numbness from walking outside, and searching for the nearest open, warm place. That place was this Dunkin’ Donuts. I was the only customer whenever I came in, but my hands were hurting so much that I decided to just sit down at one of the tables and try to warm off. I think I was there for 15 minutes (in silent agony; it felt like I had gotten frostbite). No one rushed at me to get out or question why I didn’t buy anything which I was grateful for, enough to go up to the counter to get a small hot chocolate to pay my thanks. The gentleman there greeted me warmly, acknowledged how ridiculously cold it was outside, and proceeded to make my hot chocolate. His hospitality alone deserves a 5-star rating. I went back to my table and sipped my hot chocolate in the quiet, warming my hands some more before bundling up to brave the cold once more. Gentleman-from-that-night, thank you for your kindness and your stellar hot-chocolate-making-skills."
