"Worst experience at Dunkin’ ever. I’m convinced they just feel as if you have no choice but to spend your money with them cause their service sucks. I’ve been waiting on an online order for 14min after arriving. I also feel as if my server was Alittle prejudice being that I watched a man of different ethnic come in mins after me but kept shoving his phone in the workers face to show that he’s waiting on a order and next thing you know he just begins preparing his order. That man left 6min before me and his order hadn't even been started before he walked in. Mines was out on hold while they began and finished his order. I even snapped a photo of the guy as he began working in his order instead of completing mine."

"Lots of time they're understaffed, have to wait way too long for a simple online order. Way too many times I've gotten iced coffee instead of a latte/macchiato that I had paid for and don't have the energy to put up explaining how they got it wrong and how to fix it when they could of simply read the ticket properly from the beginning"

"Today I’m doing my deliveries & as single mother and have nobody watch my child I took him with me to do the deliveries. This store didn’t have my order ready for my pick for my delivery app my son was in heat , he ask me get ice cream which in same store . I waited in line , this lady took whole line that waited behind me idk if because she seen I had delivery bag or what and went to other cashier . Knowing she seen me behind the lady waiting for over 10 mins ( she took last in front of me . When I was in line before all those people . Than I’m telling I have two orders that order she has in her hand is mines too they brush me off . Went back taking whole line again . Terrible customer . Than manger said talk me first after I took this picture of her . When Ms I did talk you , you didn’t help . You let whole line that was behind me skip me . I do business as delivery driver for your company you work for . You gave me up most terrible experiences. I go do deliveries at this location every day . MY SON ORDER MATTER TOO IDC IF I CAME IN FOR PICK FOR DELIVERY IT WASNT READY . I ORDER MY SON ICE CREAM . YOU SKIP OVER ME . MANGER AND HER EMPLOYEE NEED BE DROP NEW MANAGEMENT NEED TAKE OVER ! AS YALL SEEN MOST VIEWS ON THIS PLACE IS BAD AS IS ."

"This DD location has very poor experience. I got huge piece of plastic on bottom of my ice coffee. Unbelievable that they didn’t see that plastic. When you go to this location be aware of homeless people around. Some of them sneak to you with some purpose."

"My mother taught me that if I don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all. It was a beautiful day out on that day. We were their paying customers. One was a senior, and the other was a senior senior. We went in, smiling and pleasant. They were not. Plus, the tables were dirty and we had to clean it. They made a very good cup of regular coffee. Their doughnuts were fresh."
