Dunkin' 3151 Lawson Boulevard, Oceanside, NY 11572

"I walked in the girl was cleaning and she came to the counter with the same gloves on. I asked her can she change her gloves she gave me a dirty look and said "it's clean water I'm just wiping down stuff". I think as a paying customer I did not ask anything wrong. How do I know what is in her cleaning bucket? Sad customer service has gone down. Update, it's been 3 years since I was there. Sadly still the same bad service. I ordered a sausage Egg and cheese croissant. It I drove away about 3 miles took my 1st bite the meat was no it was no good. I drove back I tried to talk to them discreetly because them discreetly because they had customers they wanted to offer me a new sandwich which period I just wanted my money back. Why would I want another sandwich of the same batch of meat that was no good ?update one year later. Still the same BS."

"It's sadly a trend I'm seeing at basically every Dunkin, but the quality just makes me feel like I waste my money every time I come. The food is almost never heated properly and the drinks are a guessing game on if it will be made right or not."

"Food & drinks was made quick, but after they changed staff.. wow so rude! I've been stopping in 2-3x's per week at this location. Today, the girl who took my order sorta glared at me. Woman who gave me my sandwich dropped it on the pick up table, when I said "have a nice day" she rolled her eyes at me! By the way I tip nearly every time I go there (except when using my debit card). I won't be back as this is 3rd time they've been rude for no reason. Too many other Dunkins in LI to give my biz to. "Coffee was the correct temp and made correctly. Big sign not accepting Bill's $50 or $100 is against the law! They can only do this if they can't make change. Owners to lazy to buy a bill scanner or one of those pens."

"Worst service ever !! The lady was rude and in a bad mood. I asked if she had iced coffee and she said: “read the menu...” never coming back to this place and if i see that lady again in other store i leave instantaneously."
